Are your stones ethically sourced?

Yes. 100% yes. We are perfectionists when it comes to the quality of our jewelry, and that starts with our sourcing. We work with suppliers who abide by the Kimberley Process, so we only work with conflict-free materials. Rest assured—we would never work with or sell a conflict diamond or gemstone. We’re fully committed to caring for the environment, maintaining high ethical standards, practicing sustainable sourcing methods, and using recycled gold.

What is Recycled Gold and Platinum and How Does Being Recycled Impact Quality?

As part of our commitment to environmental responsibility, Briobella primarily uses recycled and re-refined precious metals in our fine jewelry. Our precious metals come from numerous sources, including post-consumer materials, such as existing jewelry, industrial-use metals, and electronics components; material from in-house recycling, refining, and product manufacturing or other secondary sources; and investment gold and gold-bearing products. Because our recycled and re-refined silver, gold, and platinum are refined back into their pure elements, they are of the same high quality as newly mined metals, without the level of degradation to our natural resources caused by new mining. We carry a variety of beautiful gemstones ranging from stunning sapphires and emeralds to lustrous pearls. Do you work with Moissanite or lab-grown diamonds?

Yes We do work in Moissanite as well as Lab-grown and Natural Diamonds. Natural Gemstones rings are also available in our collection.

All rings are made to order and fully customisable. so if you like any design or ring setting and you wanted to change center stone size, type (i.e. You want Lab-grown Diamond instead of Moissanite, Or you need any gemstone like emerald, ruby, aquamarine, moonstone instead of moissanite) then its possible. you just need to contact our support with product link and changes you need on product. our customer support specialist will surly assist you with changes.

Can I purchase just the setting without the center stone?

No, quality is our top priority, and that’s why we present completed pieces, from our hands to yours. Briobella hand-selects each stone to ensure that our high standards for color, clarity, and overall beauty are met. And each piece is set by our expert Jewelers.

However if you already have stone and wanted us to set on one of our setting. You can contact our customer support specialist.

I loved a one-of-a-kind or limited-edition piece, but it sold already. Can you make me another one?

We are so sorry that happened! When those pieces sell, they’re (almost always) out of stock, but there’s a chance that we happen to have the stone you need. Start by asking one of our client liaisons about the piece you were interested in. It really depends on the availability of the stones.

We love dreaming up new designs, and our collections are ever-changing. So be sure to check our New Arrivals Collection to find the pieces that are fresh from the jewelers’ bench.

Can I try on a piece virtually?

No, but stay tuned! Try-on boxes of replica pieces will be available in 2022

What if I don't know my ring size?

No problem! We can help. You can order two types of sizers from us.

I don’t live in the US. Can I use a size conversion chart online to find my US ring size?

We don’t recommend it. Sizing varies from jeweler to jeweler. Instead, use one of our sizers to avoid having to send your ring back for resizing.

I have my eye on a limited-edition piece, and don’t know my ring size. What if it sells out before I find out my size?

Don’t worry—You can purchase your ring now and select "Mail me a sizer" in the size drop-down menu. That tells our team to hold off on the sizing until you’ve had a chance to try out the sizer.

Shipping & Returns

Can you ship my purchase in an unmarked package to keep it a surprise?

We love surprises! Due to insurance restrictions, we have to include “Briobella” as the return address.

Looking for a workaround? Consider sending it to your workplace or a friend’s house. As long as an adult is present to sign for your package, we can ship it to any permanent address.

I can’t be there to sign for my package. What should I do?

No problem. Just shoot us an email at, and our shipping coordinator can help you redirect your package or have the nearest UPS sorting facility hold it for you. (Important Note: Due to insurance restrictions, we have to handle the redirecting and communicating with UPS for you.)

What is Briobella’s return policy?

We will accept returns and exchanges on most pieces. Items must be returned in unworn condition within 30 days of receipt, and all paperwork (including the GIA certificate, if applicable) must be included. All returns will incur a 10% restocking fee. Also Actual Shipping fees are not refundable. If you want to exchange your piece, we’ll apply the full amount of your original purchase to a new purchase of equal or greater value.

After 30 days, all sales are final.

I accidentally damaged my jewelry! What do I do?

Don’t worry. We’ll take care of you! We’re happy to repair any piece you purchased from our collection, and we stand by our work.

We’re proud to provide our limited lifetime warranty for all of our pieces. So rest easy—Whenever your piece needs servicing, know that we’ll handle it with genuine care for as long as you own it. For more details, please mail us :

(By the way... You can even send your jewelry in to us for a FREE thorough cleaning and inspection, so you can always showoff that shimmer and sparkle you love!)

The ring I ordered doesn’t fit. Can you resize it?

Yes, absolutely. As long as it’s a Briobella piece (that is not an eternity band version of one of our designs) we will resize it for free. You will have to send ring to our manufacturing unit. and also you will have to pay for shipping cost US$75 for resized ring.

If you chose the “Eternity Band” style option for your ring, resizing incurs a $100 fee (as opposed to our standard complimentary service). But we’ll automatically send you a Perfect Fit Ring Sizer for free so that we can all know exactly what you need. (You will be required to email us to confirm your ring size before we can begin production on your piece.)

How to measure my ring size?


The right ring size is important. For maximum accuracy, we recommend visiting a local jewelry store to have your finger measured by a professional. If you are in the Chicago area, feel free to contact us and our professional jeweler will gladly do it for you.

Your ring should fit comfortably. It should be loose enough to slide over your knuckle, but your ring shouldn’t turn around too easily once it’s on.

If you are planning a surprise proposal, we find that asking a family member (mother, sister) or friend usually works. Most people are thrilled to help with that kind of surprise!

Before printing, please ensure that the page scale is set to 100% on your print dialog box. Read and follow the instructions carefully. Keep in mind that the measurement will not be accurate if it is not done properly. We always recommend getting your measurement taken in person if at all possible.

After measuring your ring size at home if you wanted to confirm it before you place an order for your final selected ring, you can place an order for a silver band which will cost you US$10 on your measured ring size. Wear it for a couple of days. If it's comfortable on your finger then you can place an order for the final selected ring. We will refund your US$10 (Silver Band Price) after you place an order for the final ring. 


As most of our rings are made to order, we would love to start with the correct size. But we understand that if your proposal is a surprise that it’s tricky to get the correct size before you order.

We do not charge anything to resize your ring (for the first time). But you have to return the ring to our manufacturing unit and you will have to pay US$75 shipping fees for the resized ring. 

However, there are some exceptions. Some designs and settings, like our eternity rings, are not resizable. Some rings can only be resized within a limited range. If certain rings are resized too much, diamonds on the ring shank/band may fall out easily in the future. With that in mind, please try to find the accurate ring size before placing an order.



We recommend measuring your ring size multiple times to ensure an accurate reading. Our finger sizes tend to fluctuate, based on the time of day or the season. Avoid measuring your ring size when your finger might be swollen (in extreme temps, after a hot shower, after exercising, or right when woken up) or when it might be contracted (after swimming or washing dishes, or coming in from the cold).
